Who is Ctrl Shift Run?
We are Ctrl Shift Run, a digital marketing agency founded by Nikki Quinn Baker, but most people call him Nick. We build every website custom, from the ground up.
Where are you based?
Clearwater, FL · Serving the United States.
How did you choose the name Ctrl Shift Run?
We got the idea from a keyboard shortcut. Holding Ctrl+Shift while opening a taskbar-pinned application launches it in administrative mode - overriding the default permissions. It's a metaphor for technology without limits.

Do you build on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or Shopify?
No. Every site we ship is custom-built in Next.js with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. Templates and page builders are slower, harder to maintain, and impossible to fully own. We don't use them.
Where does your site get hosted?
Vercel.
Do you own the code?
Yes. Your project lives in your GitHub repository. Your domain stays in your name. If you ever wanted to part ways, the entire codebase walks with you.
How long until your site is live?
It depends on the size and complexity of the project, but we always work as fast as possible to get your website completed.
Can you set up analytics?
Yes, we install Google Tag Manager, configure GA4, and verify Google Search Console before handoff.
Can you add Stripe payments or a backend?
Absolutely.

How much does a website cost?
Custom websites start at $1,000. Every project gets one fixed price, agreed before any work begins, never billed by the hour.
What payment methods do you accept?
Zelle, PayPal, and cash for local clients. Credit card and ACH are coming soon via Stripe on ctrlshiftrun.com.
When is payment due?
100% upfront - full payment is required before any work begins. Monthly plans are billed on your signup date and renew the same day each month.
Can you cancel a monthly plan?
Yes - month to month with 30 days' notice. If a payment fails on your renewal date, the subscription ends that same date.
