Project terms

100% upfront: Full payment is required before any work begins.

Monthly service terms

Billed on signup date: If you sign up on the 17th, you renew on the 17th of each subsequent month. If that date doesn't exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st in February), your renewal rolls to the next available day.
Missed payment: If a payment fails on your renewal date, the subscription ends that same date.
